  • All projects are billed at our Time and Materials rate. This is our most popular option for honey do lists, small jobs, and punch lists. The Time and Materials rate starts at $300, which covers up to 3 hours of labor, not including materials. Any time over 3 hours is charged at $100/hr per person, plus the cost of materials.
